Prior to joining EQT Ventures, Katharina gained firsthand experience in the startup world from various perspectives. She began her career in insolvency law and as an analyst at Siemens Mobility’s StationX before deciding to change course and support early-stage startups to grow.
After graduating from WHU, she worked at Volocopter, MVP Factory, and later supported building the sustainable quick commerce player Alpakas, where she took on the role of Founders Associate and Operations Lead.
At EQT Ventures in Berlin, Katharina applies her storytelling skills and analytics acumen to support the team and its growing portfolio. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling as well as trying new food and music.
