Chloe joined EQT Ventures as Early Stage People Lead, helping early-stage companies establish solid foundations, especially around their people and compensation structures.
Before joining EQT Ventures, Chloe worked in various tech companies like Apple and Handy, covering multiple areas across the business, enabling her to take a more commercially driven approach to people topics.
Outside work, Chloe combines her passion for food and travel by exploring new places and cultures through their cuisine. She is also a sports enthusiast and crime fiction aficionado.
