With a keen interest in entrepreneurship, Carl studied at the Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship, graduating with an MSc, as well as achieving an MSc in Corporate Finance at the University of Gothenburg and Bocconi. This set the tone for Carl’s career path within the B2B software space, where he has gained firsthand experience working across several startup journeys.
Carl has over 10 years of operational experience in B2B software startups. Initially, Carl worked within the MarTech space at the marketing & advertising company KliKKi (now known as Nordic Morning). From there, Carl pivoted to Cyber Security, joining Dectify and building the company's GTM operations as CRO. Prior to joining EQT Ventures as a Deal Partner, Carl shifted into the Privacy space, joining DPOrganizer as the company’s CEO.
Outside of work, Carl enjoys spending time outdoors, with a particular love for sailing and skiing, having sailed across the Atlantic.
